Vehicle Hold Policy:
Automotive Search, Inc. will hold a vehicle for 24-48 hours with a valid & cashable $500 deposit
from the customer. Otherwise no holds on vehicles are accepted and all vehicles will be sold on a
first come first serve basis. If two customers wish to purchase the same vehicle at the same time,
the customer that most recently drove the vehicle, or is currently driving the vehicle has first right
of refusal to purchase it. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.
Credit Card policy:
Automotive Search Inc. retains the right to limit the maximum amount taken for payment on a
credit card to $2,000 total for products & services. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards.
Any amount agreed to above the $2,000 will be subject to a 2% processing fee which will be
added to the transaction total.
Dealer Handling Charges:
Automotive Search, Inc. adds a reasonable D&H fee of $389 to each sold
vehicle. This charge provides our customers with a full tank of gas, detailing services, a full CARFAX
Vehicle History report, Emission Testing costs & titling services/costs.
Vehicle Shipping & Transportation:
Automotive Search, Inc. efficiently ships and receives vehicles to & from all over the continental
United States on a daily basis. Please contact us if you would like more information concerning
shipping costs and time frame estimates. Shipping charges & costs are performed at the buyers
expense. Many of the Hawaii islands are now available for shipping & receiving, please call us for
details.
Outside Buyer's Inspections:
Every possible effort has been made to accurately describe, photograph and prepare all our vehicles
to you in a high quality manor. All vehicles have passed thorough safety and mechanical
inspections, by a licensed 3rd Party independent Mechanic with receipts available for you to view.
At Automotive Search, Inc. clients are welcome to arrange 3rd party vehicle inspections with their
preferred mechanics or mobile diagnostic companies at their own expense & time. Automotive
Search Inc. retains the right to decline any outside third party inspections.
Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, our vehicles are sold "AS IS". No representations
or warranties are made by Automotive Search, Inc. manufacturers' Warranties may still apply in the
sale of late model pre-owned vehicles. Most vehicles sold at Automotive Search, Inc. will be eligible
for an extended warranty at an additional cost. Check with your sales consultant for further
warranty details and information.
